Do you offer delivery, and how much does it cost?

All UK orders are shipped via DPD Tracked Delivery at a flat rate of £7.95.

We also ship internationally:

• Ireland – £24
• Europe – £24
• United States – £35

All international orders are fully tracked. Please allow 6–14 working days for international delivery once dispatched.

As each Pom-Pom Throw is produced in limited quantities, please allow up to 8 weeks from the date of order for dispatch.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please note that return shipping fees may apply, and some items, such as clearance or custom pieces, may be final sale.
